190 Nomination:

Have occupation on NSW’s Target Sector Occupation List

Currently employed in NSW where your employment meets the standard for claiming skilled employment in your nominated occupation
OR

Have genuinely resided in NSW for a minimum period of three months

491 Nomination:

Stream 1- Living and working in regional NSW for last 12 months in your nominated occupation that is on Stream 1-combined list

Stream 2- Recently completed study in Regional NSW within last 24 months and lived in Regional NSW during study and has skill assessment in nominated region’s occupation list

Stream 3- Hold a skill assessment in Nominated region’s list and be residing in any Australian state and can select up to 3 regions while submitting the Registration if Interest.

Registration submission windows are August, October, January and March.
